Our high school basketball girls showed up to support our 7th and 8th graders last night as they took on NFV. Both squads did a great job and represented the Cougars very well! Best of luck to all players and coaches on the remainder of the season! Go Cougars!

SFHS Winter sports meeting, Nov. 9th. This meeting will be for all HS sports: bowling, basketball, and wrestling. The Cheer meeting has been rescheduled, a new date will be announced soon.
We will still hold the Parent & Player Meeting for Wrestling, Basketball, and Bowling as planned.
Congratulations to these Cougar volleyball girls on their well-deserved postseason awards and an incredible season full of hard work, teamwork, and Cougar pride.
