Cross country fire truck welcome back in 10 minutes.
It was a beautiful day, the sun beat down. Felt so good, like anything’s possible. Cougars on a mission- to be unstoppable. They say you can tell a lot about a person by their shoes- where they’re going, where they’ve been. Our shoes? They’re running down a dream in FORT DODGE next weekend!
S-F NHS members volunteered at Fredericksburg Pumpkinfest, bringing smiles to local children as they helped run games and painted faces. Their energy and kindness added to the fun, family-friendly spirit of the community event.
At the beginning, we just felt like running. Now, we just feel like competing!
Every mile, every stride, every step, and every ounce of sweat. It all comes down to this: STATE QUALIFYING MEET - THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23!
