The season is underway! Cougar Cross Country kicked things off with a scrimmage run yesterday, showcasing their effort, teamwork, and commitment. It’s exciting to see their dedication as they prepare for the season. They were flying so fast, even the camera had trouble keeping up!

Cougar Volleyball is back! Our SFHS Volleyball team hit the court for their intersquad scrimmage today.

FAMILY WEEK IS HERE July 27 – August 3, 2025 is designated as Family Week. During this time, all athletic activities are paused to give students, families, and coaches a much-needed break before the new school year begins. What to Expect: No coach-to-athlete contact (in person or virtual) No use of school facilities for athletic purposes No team practices, training, camps, or competitions Protected time for families to rest, relax, and recharge This policy applies to all athletic levels — from middle school through varsity. Let’s honor the break and return refreshed for an outstanding 2025–2026 season!
