Jamie reached a huge milestone this past week, earning her 100th career win and becoming just the third Lady Cougar in program history to accomplish the feat! She is currently 12–4 on the season and ranked 11th at 155 pounds in Class 1A. "Jamie continues to evolve into a force on the mat. Her grit, work ethic, and determination are contagious, and her leadership helps elevate the success of everyone on the team." - Coach Jones
Gavin Trask has had a strong week for the Cougars, averaging 18 points and 10.5 rebounds per game over the last two games. "He has become more physical and aggressive on both ends of the basketball court. Gavin is an extremely coachable player who works hard every day and looks to improve in all areas. He has a team-first mindset and is willing to do whatever he can to help his team.
