"Senior golfer Levi Maifeld has been a positive contributor to the Cougar golf program for all 4 years. Levi works hard and is very coachable and has consistently found himself in the low four scores at meets this year. In recent action Levi carded a 41 which helped the Cougars pick up a victory over Turkey Valley. At the NICL tournament Levi’s 89 helped the Cougars post their lowest 18 hole score of the season." - Coach Krueger
"Freshman golfer Claire Koester has been a big part of the Cougars team success this season. Claire has brought a great attitude each and every day, is always eager to learn and is very coachable. In recent action Claire posted a solid score of 98 at the Chickasaw Invitational." - Coach Krueger

"Cate has been steadily improving every week this track season. She has been a part of numerous successful relays over the past couple weeks. Cate competes in the 4x800, the 4x200 and the 4x400, she works tremendously hard in practice and it is showing in meets. Cate is active in the Cougar Strength and Conditioning program and also participates in volleyball for the Cougars, she is also an honor roll student." - Coach Leete
"Paxton is having a great sophomore season in the discus ring. He is steadily improving week to week and meet-to-meet. Recently, he threw his personal best in the discus with a throw of 148' 01". Paxton participates in football, basketball and baseball at SFHS. He is an honor roll student and a member of the National Honor Society." - Coach Leete

Cougar Track Update 4/27/26: The SFHS boys and girls Cougar Invitational start time has been updated. We will start the track meet at 5:15 pm for both running and field events.

"Livy has been a great Senior leader on the Cougar Track and Field team. In recent action, she placed 1st at the New Hampton Co-Ed and 2nd at the Hudson Invitational while running the 400 Meters. Livy also anchored the 4x400 Meter Relay to a 1st Place finish and the Sprint Medley Relay to a 2nd Place finish at the New Hampton Co-Ed. Livy participates in Cougar Strength and Conditioning, Cross Country, Basketball and Softball for the Cougars." - Coach Leete
"Antonio is a four year golfer for the Cougars. In recent action, he has carded a couple season/career low rounds, and helped the Cougars capture a couple more victories on the season.
