Last week highlighted what it means to be a Cougar. Our students gave their best in every activity, and we’re proud of their effort and accomplishments.
Cross Country competed and represented SFHS with pride. The varsity girls team secured 2nd while also having three individuals earn a top 10 spots!
Football took the field Friday night and delivered hard fought and exciting game for our community.
The Band filled the air with music and pride.
Volleyball battled hard, showing teamwork and growth every match earning victories along the way.
Cheer kept our school spirit high Friday night and our fans energized.

The season is underway! Cougar Cross Country kicked things off with a scrimmage run yesterday, showcasing their effort, teamwork, and commitment. It’s exciting to see their dedication as they prepare for the season. They were flying so fast, even the camera had trouble keeping up!

FAMILY WEEK IS HERE
July 27 – August 3, 2025 is designated as Family Week.
During this time, all athletic activities are paused to give students, families, and coaches a much-needed break before the new school year begins.
What to Expect:
No coach-to-athlete contact (in person or virtual)
No use of school facilities for athletic purposes
No team practices, training, camps, or competitions
Protected time for families to rest, relax, and recharge
This policy applies to all athletic levels — from middle school through varsity. Let’s honor the break and return refreshed for an outstanding 2025–2026 season!
