Cougar Nation, our Friday night Football dress theme is now: Yellow Out for Trypp. We are asking everyone to wear yellow in support of Sumner-Fredericksburg Class of 2025 graduate, Trypp Roszell. Trypp was recently diagnosed with Ewing carcinoma, and we want him and his family to know that our entire community supports and stands with them.
We have an opportunity to show the strength of our Cougar family on Sept. 12th. CBF will also be holding a "Fill the Helmet" cash donation at the game. All proceeds will go directly to Trypp and his family to help with medical expenses.

Bank Iowa Student Athlete of the Week: Alexa Buhman & Jack Leete “Alexa consistently demonstrates what it means to be a student athlete. On the court, she always brings energy, leadership, and determination; whether it is through her hustle in practice, focus during games, or her always encouraging her teammates. She is a key contributor to our volleyball program and is an agile athlete that is willing to do what she needs for the team. Alexa leads our team in assists and is second in kills for the season so far. We are excited to see how her leadership and hard work continue to shape our season.” -Coach Nuss
“Jack has displayed tremendous heart and relentless work ethic throughout the season. In the game against Denver, his impact was felt by recovering three fumbles and recording numerous tackles. He puts forth maximum effort and determination day in and day out, and we look forward to his continued leadership as the season progresses.” -Coach Coyle
