The Sumner-Fredericksburg Activities Department invites all 9-12 students and parents participating in fall activities to attend our Fall High School Sports Meeting. Meeting Information • Date: Sunday, August 9 • Time: 7:00 PM • Location: Sumner-Fredericksburg High School Activities Included • Football • Volleyball • Cross Country • Cheerleading • Band • Show Choir Additional Information • Staff will be available beginning at 6:00 PM to assist families with Bound registration. • Individual team meeting locations will be posted in the Blue Gym entryway upon arrival. This meeting will provide important information regarding the upcoming season, expectations, schedules, communication, and required participation forms. We encourage all students and at least one parent or guardian to attend. We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday, August 9, as we kick off another exciting fall season. One Team. One Goal. 👟 Attention SF Cross Country Parents! 👟Don’t forget to get your runners signed up for the SF Cross Country Camp! This is a fantastic opportunity for athletes to build endurance, sharpen their skills, and bond with their teammates before the season kicks off.Here is everything you need to know to get your athlete ready:
📅 Camp Details:Who: Incoming 7th Grade through 12th Grade athletes
When: Week of August 3rd-7th, 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM daily
Where: SFHS Old Gym / Outdoor Basketball Court (Rain or shine, camp is on!)
Instructed by: SF Coaches
💵 Cost & Registration:Fee: $20 (This includes an awesome camp T-shirt!)
Deadline: All registration forms and fees are due by June 30, 2026.
How to Submit: Drop off your forms and payment to the school offices or directly to Alicia Jones.
Please make checks payable to SFXC.
Paper flyers with the registration and liability slip are available at the school offices. Be sure to fill out the form, select your athlete's t-shirt size, and note any medical conditions the coaching staff should be aware of before turning it in.
