Cougar volleyball is back! Tonight at Tripoli, the Cougars will take on Crestwood and Tripoli in a volleyball triangular. The Cougars JV & Varsity hit the court at 6 PM.

SFHS XC will practice at 6 AM this week. SFHS FB will practice 6:30-8:30 PM Tues & Wed. FB will be shortened, pads and activities limited for practice. Additional water breaks and Gatorade recovery stations will be utilized. FB will also utilize our indoor facilities as needed.
