Sumner-Fredericksburg volleyball will travel to Waterloo West this Wednesday night. The Cougars will face Wapsie Valley at 7 PM, the winner will move onto the State Tournament in Coralville.
Sumner-Fred Cougar volleyball will play Wednesday night at a site TBD in the Regional Finals as they hope to earn a trip to the State Tournament. The team played great and the fans were awesome tonight!

SFHS Student-Athlete of the Week: Noah Henderson and Hillary Trainor. Noah has been a big time player for Cougar football all year and turned in an impressive performance helping the Cougars in their first round playoff win Friday night. Hillary won the qualifying meet and ran a personal best while earning a state qualifying XC berth for this coming Saturday.

When: Saturday, December 30th, 2023 - Time 10AM
Where: Sumner-Fredericksburg HS gyms
Why: Proceeds will be donated to Sumner-Fredericksburg Activities Fund - and to have FUN!
Additional details:
- Cost is $20 per player. Preferred
- 100% of registration will be donated to the school.
- Tournaments are limited to the first 16 teams to register.
- Communication will be sent to team captains and posted on Facebook event page.
- Formatting for tournament will be based on number of teams who register so the tournament can be completed in a reasonable amount of time in one day.
Liability Release Form to be completed by each team member. Download and email to jmohling12@gmail.com. We will have copies on hand at the tourney for individuals to fill out. Members will not be able to participate without this form.
