Thank you to Jackie Kush for partnering with FES to host a fun day at the Upham Memorial Library today! Jackie does an AWESOME job, and she has revamped the whole library experience. The library has many new resources that kids love. FES families...go check it out!
FES students earned another Cougar Way Reward today. Classes visited the Upham Memorial Library. Jackie Kush, library director, organized the event for our students. She did STEM activities and fall crafts with them.

FES participated in the Iowa Healthiest State Walk Initiative. This annual event encourages Iowans to walk for 30 minutes. Thank you to Miss Henniges for organizing this activity for our school.

It is Fire Prevention Week. Thank you to the Fredericksburg Firemen for helping us to execute our fire drill on Monday. The Kindergarten class visited the fire station today.

Meet Day! NICL Conference XC Meet @ Dike-New Hartford is today. Junior high races start at 3PM and HS races start at 3:50 PM.
Last MS FB and VB games today. Fb starts with 8th grade playing full game at 4:15 followed by full game of 7th grade.
VB will only play in the main gym with 7th grade starting at 4:15 & playing for 45min followed by 8th/7th mix playing for 45min. Shuttle for Sumner leaves after Fb games.
