MS Activities this week before Winter Break! Monday & Tuesday after school GWR practice shuttle leaves at 5:15pm. BBB practices Mon-Tues-Thur after school shuttle leaves 5:15pm and Wednesday AM practice 6:30AM shuttle leaves HS 6:10AM. MS GBB last game Monday Dec 18 at Charles City HS 7th grade plays first at 4:15pm. Pizza party Tues shuttle leaves 5:15pm. Wednesday & Thursday semester tests. Friday movie at Sumner Sunset theatre and early out 1:15pm for winter break. Classes resume Thursday January 4th.

Alumni Basketball and Volleyball tournament. Search Sumner-Fredericksburg Alumni tournament on Facebook. Who: Any Sumner, Fredericksburg, or Sumner-Fredericksburg graduate may participate What: 5 on 5 Basketball and 6 on 6 Volleyball tournaments When: Saturday, December 30th, 2023 - Time 10AM Where: Sumner-Fredericksburg HS gyms Why: Proceeds will be donated to Sumner-Fredericksburg Activities Fund - and to have FUN! Additional details: - Cost is $20 per player. Preferred - 100% of registration will be donated to the school. - Tournaments are limited to the first 16 teams to register. - Communication will be sent to team captains and posted on Facebook event page. - Formatting for tournament will be based on number of teams who register so the tournament can be completed in a reasonable amount of time in one day. Liability Release Form to be completed by each team member. Download and email to jmohling12@gmail.com. We will have copies on hand at the tourney for individuals to fill out. Members will not be able to participate without this form. This Friday night at Cougar basketball, we would like to honor the life of Kate Craft. Kate, a Union student-athlete, passed away recently due to her long battle with glioblastoma brain cancer. In honor of Kate, we would like our fans and crowd to wear gray as a representation of her fight against brain cancer. Please join us as we show our support to her family and community. The Post Prom Committee with "pass the bucket" for donations to the Craft family as well as donate 100% of the 1/2 court shot proceeds to the Crafts. Please join us as we show our support to her family and community.

DOOR IS OPEN in the back parking lot to come and pick up candles anytime. MS Families, the fundraiser candles are in. They will be available for pick-up before or after the concert tonight, Dec 14. Candles will be sorted by families last names in the Art room, 128 (classroom east of the gym). If you are not attending the concert or not able to pick up the candles they will be going home with student on Friday, Dec 15. If you have questions please call the MS office.

The SF Class of 2027 is selling ornaments as their class fundraiser. The ornament prices will be one for $10 or two for $15, sales will be from Nov. 20th - Dec. 18th at home events!

The SFHS Music Department's Winter Concert is at 7:30pm in the High School Auditorium. Come and support the band and choir students as they demonstrate the work they have put in over the last few months. There is no admission for the concert, but donations are welcome!
