Friday August 2nd Summer Food Program we will be serving at the Durant Elementary in Sumner from 11:45 to 12:15 Monday through Friday from now until August 16. Everyone 18 and under welcome. Adults can purchase a lunch for $5 or breakfast for $2. Correct change only. Todays lunch menu is: Pork Rib sandwich, baked beans, watermelon & Milk choice Grab a breakfast to go after eating lunch: Assorted breakfast kits( cereal, juice, & crackers) Milk choice All menus are up on the website as well. This year guest speaker Kevin Seney served as an Athletic Director/Asst Principal and Principal in Chariton for 4 years before serving as HS Principal for the past 16 years in Grinnell prior to coming to Sumner-Fredericksburg.

Congratulations on All-District!

Mr. Seney is a 1992 graduate of Central Elkader and 1997 graduate of Luther College. His background includes: teaching HS Social Studies, coaching basketball, football, and track. We are excited to have Mr. Seney kick off our new year.
Attention Sumner-Fredericksburg Class of 2019: Student records are available to pick up in the high school office. Any records left at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year will be destroyed.
