Fredericksburg Elementary students and staff wrapped up Reading is Fun month with some fun pirate activities last Friday. Thanks to the Women of Fredericksburg for the treat bags, Patty Cauntay and Vanessa Chase for doing the treasure chest activity, and Fred and Diana Murray for creating a pirate ship activity.

Fredericksburg Elementary had their Cougar Way assembly Thursday with a pirate theme. We celebrated birthdays, STAR students, and first semester perfect attendance. The staff dressed up and shared a skit with the students.
MS 7/8 grade TAG students held a grilled cheese competition today and results are in thanks to our judges Mrs. Maher, Mrs. Rochford & Mr. T. Volker. Our top two teams will compete at the AEA in CF against local schools next week. Good luck!

Today is the parade of bands for grades 5-12 starting at 7pm in the blue gym at HS. MS students need to be there at 6 to help set up and we would like them to stay afterwards to load our instruments back on the trailer to go back to the MS.
