Cheer on Sumner-Fred volleyball this Tuesday in a Top-15 match-up with Wapsie Valley. JV at 5:30, JJV to follow and Varsity at 7:30 PM.
Sumner-Fredericksburg Student-Athlete of the Week: Rylee Shonka & Caden Trainor. Rylee found tremendous success earning her first varsity medalist last week. Caden shows great leadership on and off the field. He also came up with a big INT last Friday night. Congratulations Rylee and Caden!
