XC-Tues Oct 3 at DNH girls start at 4:15 & boys at 4:30, Thur Oct 5 at F'burg Plum Creek Golf Course-both girls & boys start at 4:15pm

SFHS Student-Athlete of the Week: Teagan Bergmann & Harrison Pagel. Teagan has been a terrific Senior leader for the Cheer squad this Fall. Harrison is a positive teammate, he cares about the team first and works hard for team success! Congratulations Teagan and Harrison!

FES also recognizes STAR Cougars at the Cougar Way Assembly. STAR Cougars are students who show the Cougar Way everyday of the month. This year, STAR Cougars get light-up glasses and get to walk the red carpet. Teachers line the red carpet like paparazzi taking their pictures. Congratulations to our September STAR Cougars! You make us PROUD!

FES had their Cougar Way Assembly last week. In the skit, a wild animal from the cat family was outside of the school. Teachers got the animal into a crate. It was too wild to be a Cougar, so we had a ZOOM meeting with Mrs. Erica Harris to see if Tripoli was missing a Panther. She said no, but she also suggested that FES students teach this wild cat the Cougar Way. Stay tuned to see if FES students can tame this wild animal! We also celebrated September birthdays.
