SFHS Student-Athletes of the Week: Jana Meyer & Achilles Quigley. Jana has been a huge contributor to XC all season and helped the girls XC team to a conference championship. Achilles turned in a dominate defensive effort Friday to help Cougar FB earn their share of a District title. Congratulations Jana and Achilles!
