SFHS Student-Athletes of the Week: Jamie Jones and Achilles Quigley. Jamie is currently 29-12 with 21 pins on the season. Achilles is averaging over 15 pts per game since Christmas break and was a key contributor in the Cougars last two wins. Congrats Jamie and Achilles!

Donna Larson, the founder and podcast host of Rural Revival, was a guest speaker at the Sumner-Fredericksburg High School yesterday for the "Raised to Stay" event. She spends a good part of her time fueling Rural Revival, showcasing the hardworking people who are finding creative ways to do like in rural communities. Local business and community members also collaborated with Data to present their stories to the student body. These members were: Ashley Eckenrod, Marcy Bergman, Holly Schimmel, Randy Smith, Taunya Robertson, Ethan Koch, and Tori Beyer.
