The S-F Board of Education meeting is scheduled for 5 PM today. The work session that was scheduled after the meeting has been postponed. More information on the date and time of the work session will be shared later.

Sumner-Fred student Athlete of the Week: Cami Judisch & Noah Henderson. Cami placed first this weekend at the Central Elkader tournament. Noah placed 2nd place this weekend at the Tripoli Tournament and is currently 17-3 on the season. Congratulations Cami & Noah!
MS activities are back in action this week! We have practices for Cheer, girls WR and boys BB on Jan 8,9, & 11. We have pictures on Jan 11 so bring your form with money. Wednesday morning is Boys BB shuttle leaves HS @6:10am with practice starting at 6:30AM.
Friday Jan 12 Girls WR travel to Oelwein HS starting at 4:15.
Friday Jan 12 Cheer & Boys BB have their first home game with Nashua-Plainfield with 7th grade starting @4:15 followed by 8th grade.

Cougar Basketball is back in action tonight vs Grundy Center. JV B/G starts at 4:30 PM with varsity starting at 6:15 PM.
Cougar Basketball tournament this Saturday at SFHS. 9-10 boys and girls will be playing starting at 9 AM.
Boys and Girls Bowling Senior Night is on Jan. 26, 2024 vs Waukon. Go Cougars!
Cougar wrestling at Tripoli Saturday. Wrestling starts at 10 AM. Go Cougars!
The Cougar boys wrestling team will be traveling to A-P tonight to face the A-P Falcons and Columbus Sailors. Action starts at 6:15 PM.
