The Sumner-Fredericksburg Cougar volleyball team will play at 7 PM at SFHS on Oct. 19th. All tickets must be purchased on Bound., the Bound ticket site will be live on Oct. 18th. No cash or point of sale tickets will be accepted.

Leaders in Action
Students in Mr. Price’s room at Durant Elementary wanted opportunities to demonstrate their leadership skills at DES. The class brainstormed ideas and presented their ideas to Ms. Hoth. Students are helping out around the school by helping lead ENCORE, being morning greeters, and being new student tour guides.
Today they got to take their first new student on a building tour. Welcome to Durant Elementary!
Fredericksburg Elementary Kindergarten students had a blast at Red Rock Farms last week.
Durant Elementary 4th grade had a field trip to Effigy Mounds last Friday.
MS Fb plays at Denver with 8th starting at 4:15pm one full game followed by 7th grade only playing 2 qtrs. MS VB travels to NFV playing at Elgin starting with 7th grade playing 1hr followed by 8th grade playing 1hr.
A reminder that Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Monday, October 24 and Thursday, October 27. There will be no school on Friday, October 28.

Fredericksburg Elementary had their September Cougar Way Assembly. During the assembly they listened to skits about Trustworthiness written by the teachers and celebrated our Star Students with Starburts.
Durant Elementary had their ENCORE assembly last week. Students learned about our Popcorn Incentive, Pillar of the Month, celebrated birthdays, and sang our Cougar Fight Song.
Due to areas of dense fog, there will be no AM activities or practices for Thursday, October 6. Cougar Safe!!!
Just a reminder that MS VB plays at BMAP tomorrow Thur. Oct 6. Both 7th and 8th play at 4:15 in HS gym with 2 nets going. FB travels to Jesup with 8th playing 1 game starting at 4:15pm then 7th follows playing a game.
