Congratulations to both 7th and 8th grade girls basketball teams on their win over Wapsie Valley yesterday.
The boys wrestling team has been quite busy over the past week. The boys have competed at Oelwein, Dike-New Hartford, and New Hampton. At these meets they have seen a great amount of success, compiling 58 wins as a team!
Our SFMS Student Council is organizing a Food Drive to support our local Fredericksburg Food Pantry. Donated items can be brought to school from Monday, November 10th through Monday, November 24th. Some examples of items needed include bags of rice, canned fruit (they have enough canned veggies), pasta, and paper products (napkins, toilet paper). We appreciate your consideration in donating to a great cause!
The next girls basketball game is Thursday, November, 20 at Jesup. The game will start at 4:15. 8th grade will play first followed by a 7th grade
The next boys wrestling meet is Thursday, November, 20 at Postville. The meet will start at 4:15.
