Our volleyball team goes to Denver for their game today. 7th and 8th graders will play at the same time at 4:15. 8th grade is in the main gym and 7th grade will be in the JV gym.
Cross Country is at Starmont today. The meet begins at 4:00 at the high school.
Picture Day is coming up on September 24. Order before Picture Day to receive free shipping to the school. Order online at https://inter-state.com/FlyerEntry/0125DYF.
Strength and conditioning is every Tuesday and Thursday morning, starting at 6:45am. Please use the back door by the concession stand to drop students off. Reach out to Mrs. Kenan at kenank@sfcougars.k12.ia.us with any questions.
