Picture Day is coming up on September 24. Order before Picture Day to receive free shipping to the school. Order online at https://inter-state.com/FlyerEntry/0125DYF.

Football has their first game at home vs South Winn today.  The game will start at 4:15.  8th grade will play first followed by 7th grade, but this game will be a combination of 7th/8th.

Volleyball will also have their first game today at Nashua-Plainfield.  The game will start at 4:15 in Nashua at the high school.  Both grades will be playing at the same time in two gyms.

Our cross country team will run at North Fayette Valley today.  The meet starts at 4:30 at NFV high school in West Union.

Strength and conditioning is every Tuesday and Thursday morning, starting at 6:45am. Please use the back door by the concession stand to drop students off. Reach out to Mrs. Kenan at kenank@sfcougars.k12.ia.us with any questions.
