Tomorrow our boys track team heads to Oelwein for a meet. The meet will begin at 4:15 at the high school track.
Our 8th grade class will be going on a class field trip Friday, May 9th to Des Moines. They will be visiting the Capitol, Terrace Hill and the State Historical Museum. The bus departs the middle school at 6:00 a.m. and the high school at 6:30 a.m. Students should return between 6:00-6:30 p.m. The first drop off will be at the high school then the middle school.
Congratulations to the 8th grade girls' track first place finishers of the 4x800 team of Cate S., Angelina B., Harley T., Ellie W.; Jade L. in the Long Jump and Ellie W. in the 1500m run at the Oelwein meet yesterday.
The Chickasaw County Extension and Outreach is offering some summer camp opportunities. Please see this flyer for more information on a Soccer Camp and this flyer for a variety of other day camps offered.
If any 1st-12th grader is interested in participating in the 2025 Cougar Pride Football Camp in early August can sign up. At Camp your student will receive individualized instruction, group fundamentals and team concepts by high school and middle school coaches. Please see this informational/sign up flyer to register.
