The 7/8 boys track meet at New Hampton today has been cancelled. Due to the forecasted weather conditions we are also cancelling practice for both the boys and girls.
Our boys track team has a meet tomorrow at Postville. The meet starts at 4:00 p.m. at the HS track.
Our girls track team has a meet tomorrow at North Fayette Valley. The meet starts at 4:00 p.m. at the HS track in West Union.
This week is Hope Week. The Hope Squad has activities planned for the week. One activity is dress up days. The following are the themes for the week:
Tuesday - Wash Your Worries Away on Tropical
Wednesday - Wear Red
Thursday - Tee-rific, wear shirts with kind words
Friday - Better Together, dress as your favorite squad
There will be NO morning Strength and Conditioning this week.
8th graders are reminded to please bring back their signed 4 year plans by Wednesday, April 30.
Our 5th Battle of the Books team has their competition tomorrow at Marshalltown. We wish them luck!
If any 1st-12th grader is interested in participating in the 2025 Cougar Pride Football Camp in early August can sign up. At Camp your student will receive individualized instruction, group fundamentals and team concepts by high school and middle school coaches. Please see this informational/sign up flyer to register.
