**🚌Please note that the activity shuttle providing transportation from the high school back to the middle school does not run every day and the schedule changes every week. On all other days, students are responsible for securing their own transportation home.

🩺Today is School Nurse Day, and we want to take a moment to celebrate our very own Mrs. Luebbers! Often described as our "angel on Earth," Mrs. Luebbers goes above and beyond every single day to care for every student and staff member in the district. Whether she’s handing out a bandage, offering a listening ear, or keeping us all healthy and safe, her compassion and dedication do not go unnoticed. If you see Mrs. Luebbers in the halls today, be sure to give her a huge thank you for everything she does for our school family!

🏃🏻‍♀️It was a dominant night at the track for our Cougars during yesterday's home meet! The Boys team put on a show with Gavin Trask taking 1st in Shot Put and 2nd in Discus, while Dylan Helgen sprinted to gold in the 400m. Our relay teams were in top form, securing 1st in the DMed and 4x400. Shoutouts also go to Aratz Gonzalez, Lewey Arens, Grayden Meyer, Kale Rucker, and Braxton Wilcox for their top-three finishes.

The Girls team was equally impressive, sweeping several events. Braelyn Suckow claimed a double victory in the 100m and 200m, while Jamie Jones dominated the throws with 1st in Shot Put and 2nd in Discus. Livy Schoonover and Sydney Zupke both took home 1st place in the 400m and 800m respectively, and the 4x400 Relay team kept the momentum going with a gold medal finish. Great work to Rosin Drudik, Callie Trainor, and our Sprint Medley team for their podium spots. Way to represent, Cougars!

  • Attention FFA members! Join us this Saturday, May 9th, for our annual FFA Ditch Cleanup. We will meet bright and early at 7:00 AM in Mrs. Dillon's room before heading out to do some good for our community. Please make sure to sign up on the Google Form in advance so we have an accurate headcount. Also, remember to dress appropriately for outdoor work—wear sturdy shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty. This is an opportunity to earn some silver cord hours! See you there!

Let’s come together to show Ledger’s family and the entire Dunkerton community that our Cougar family stands with them in support and sympathy.
