This week, we want to pause and say a massive thank you to the incredible educators who make SFHS such a special place to learn and grow. Our teachers do so much more than just give assignments—they are the mentors, leaders, and champions who work tirelessly to provide a strong future for every single student in this building. To all our teachers: thank you for your patience, your passion, and your dedication to our success. We appreciate everything you do!
The Girls Track team had a fantastic showing at Ed-Co last night. A huge shoutout to Braelyn Suckow for sprinting to a 1st place finish in the 200m! Taking home 2nd place was our 4x400 Relay team (Ellie Werner, Cate Snyder, Braelyn Suckow, and Livy Schoonover). Adding to the podium finishes, Brae placed 3rd in the 100m, and Livy Schoonover took 3rd in the 400m.
Let’s hear it for our Cougar Track & Field team as they gear up for a big night on our home turf! We are proud to host the Cougar Relays tonight, with events kicking off at 4:30 PM. Whether you’re a die-hard track fan or just looking to support your school, come out to the stands and bring the energy. Let’s show our visitors what Cougar pride looks like—good luck to all our athletes!
This week’s winners of the “Skip the Lunch Line” ISASP reward pass are Tanner Morse, Gabe Hruska, Gavin Trask, Claire Walvatne, Sterling Skoda, and Shane Warnke.
