  • As the winter sports season winds down, it’s a big day for a couple of our Cougar boys' teams! Kicking things off this morning, our Boys Bowling team competes in the State Qualifying Meet at West Delaware, starting at 10:00 AM. Then, back home tonight, pack the stands for Boys Basketball! The team hosts the Jesup J-Hawks at 7:00 PM for the opening round of Class 2A postseason play. Let’s show up loud and proud as the boys start their road to the State Tournament. Just a reminder that activity passes will not be accepted for tonight’s game. Go Cougars!

  • Huge shoutout to our Cougar Wrestling team for their incredible performance at Lake Mills this past Saturday! The team battled hard to earn a solid fourth-place overall finish, highlighted by crowning three District Champions: Zak Willems (113), Sam Egan (132), and Jase Jones (144). All three will be advancing to the State Tournament—congratulations to our qualifiers and the entire team on a fantastic weekend! The winning streak continued on the court as the Girls Basketball team edged out Wapsie Valley Saturday night in a 36-32 thriller. Post-season play continues tomorrow, February 17th, as the girls travel to Denver to face off against the Cyclones at 7:00 PM. Let’s keep that momentum going—Go Cougars!

  • Don’t miss out on the latest buzz around campus! If you haven’t seen it yet, be sure to check out the newest episode of "In the Den." Join Sam and Liam as they give a full recap of all our winter activities and highlight the best moments from the season.

  • There will be a track meeting tomorrow, during homebase in the Student Center.

  • If you are in need of any school supplies, check with Mrs. Fuller.

  • Seniors, if you have silver cord hours to turn in, please get them turned into the office by February 26th. Remember, silver cord hours should be turned in by the end of every school year. Please don’t wait until the last minute of your senior year to turn them in.

  • The lost & found is overflowing! If you are missing anything, check it out in the library.

  • Ready to strike up some fun? Join the Panther Lanes Junior Bowling League! This league is open to all students in grades 3 through 12, so grab your friends and hit the hardwood. The season kicks off Monday, February 23rd, and runs every Monday night for six weeks. The cost is just $10 per person per night. Whether you're a gutter-ball specialist or a turkey-bagging pro, we want to see you there!
