It was a massive weekend for Cougar Athletics! On the mat, the boys took 7th place in a powerhouse field at Tripoli, featuring eight individual place winners, including Michael E (3rd) and tournament champion Sam E. Our JV wrestlers also stepped up, led by Crayton F capturing 1st place!
The Lady Cougars also impressed at Central Elkader, finishing 6th out of 23 teams with seven place winners. A special shout-out goes to Braelyn S, who captured her 100th career win, becoming only the fourth Lady Cougar in history to reach this milestone! Finally, on the hardwood, the girls basketball team dominated Friday night, defeating East Marshall 51-22. Congratulations to all our athletes—keep battling and stay focused. Go Cougars!
Congratulations to this week's winners of the "Skip the Lunch Line" ISASP reward passes: Natalie P, Skylar H, & Sadie H! Enjoy getting to the front of the lunch line this week!
