**🚌Please note that the activity shuttle providing transportation from the high school back to the middle school does not run every day and the schedule changes every week. If you require a ride back to Fredericksburg after practices, be sure to check the weekly schedule. On the days the shuttle operates, it typically departs the high school at 5:30 PM. On all other days, students are responsible for securing their own transportation home.
Get ready to rumble, Cougars! Head down to the gym tonight for a massive NICL double dual as our wrestling teams take on both the Oelwein Huskies and the East Marshall Mustangs. The action kicks off at 6:15 PM. We’ll be capping off the night with our "Mat Pack Exhibition" to celebrate and recognize our future stars in the youth wrestling program. Come out, get loud, and show your school spirit!
It’s time to clear the clutter! During Homebase today, we will be conducting a school-wide locker clean-out. Please ensure your locker is cleaned out and checked off by your Homebase teacher. Once you’ve received the "all clear," you are invited to head down and purchase a refreshing boba or lemonade from the FCCLA. Remember, you must have your teacher’s approval before joining the line, so work quickly to get your treat!

📸Senior Pictures are due to Mrs. Robertson by TOMORROW! Make sure you get those in if you want your picture in the yearbook!
Reminder: We will have an adjusted schedule tomorrow for the 1:15 PM early dismissal. Students with AM release must be in class by 8:36 AM, SCHOOL TIME. If you intend to be here on time, shoot for 8:30.
The lost & found is on a table outside the office until winter break. If you are missing anything, now is the time to check! Remember, any items left after break will be donated.

Energy Drinks: A reminder that our school's health and wellness policy limits caffeine in beverages to 100mg. Please avoid bringing drinks exceeding this limit to school. These drinks include 12oz. Alani Energy (200mg), 16oz. Monster Energy(160mg), 12oz. Celsius(200+mg), and similar products. READ THE LABELS!

📵 Classroom Phone Policy
Phones must be put away in the designated class holder at the beginning of the period and should not be taken out until the class is over.
Phones are not permitted for use during instructional time—period.
What Happens if the Policy is Violated?
1st Time: Phone is immediately taken and held at the Main Office. You can pick it up yourself when school is dismissed.
2nd Time: Phone is immediately taken. The Main Office will call your parent or guardian who must come to the school to collect it.
3rd Time: Phone is immediately taken. Your parent or guardian must collect it. You will also be required to check your phone into the Main Office every morning and pick it up only after your last class for a period of time.
Parking Reminders:
🚫Attention students: Parking enforcement is now in effect. Illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed, and fines will be added to your school fees. All outstanding fees must be paid by the end of the school year to participate in graduation. Four or more parking violations will result in the loss of on-campus parking privileges.
All students who drive to school must have a visible parking permit in any vehicle they might drive to school. Parking permits are available at the high school office after filling out the google form for vehicle registration.
Students caught parking in the staff parking or in a no-parking zone will be fined; 1st violation=$5, 2nd violation=$10, 3rd violation=On-school grounds parking privileges revoked.
No parking at Meadowbrook Golf & Country Club. Violators are subject to ticketing/towing
