  • Let's hear it for the Cougar Girls Cross Country team! They showed incredible skill and determination on Thursday, bringing home the title of District Champions! This amazing team is now headed to Fort Dodge this Saturday to compete at the State meet. We also want to give a huge shout-out to our two outstanding individual State qualifiers: Sydney Z, who clinched an impressive 3rd place finish, and Jaci S, who secured a solid 10th place finish. Wish our Cougar runners the best of luck this weekend!

  • Get ready, Cougars! Your Volleyball team is hitting the court tonight at 7:00 PM for round 3 of regionals against the South Winn Warriors! Let's pack the stands and make some noise! The fan theme is Pink Out, so wear your best pink gear to support the team and breast cancer awareness. Remember, activity passes will not be accepted for this playoff game. Tickets are $8 and you'll need to purchase them ahead of time on Bound or use a card at the gate—cash won't be accepted. See you there!

  • It was a big day for the Sumner-Fredericksburg Sensations! Five of our talented singers recently represented us at the grueling IHSMA All-State auditions, and their hard work truly paid off. After a long day of intense auditions and callbacks, we are thrilled to announce that Asher B has been accepted into the prestigious 2025 Iowa All-State Choir! This is an incredible honor, and we want to send a huge congratulations to Asher!

  • Starting today, we will be utilizing a 4 minute passing time between classes on a trial basis. Please use this time wisely or you may lose it.

  • Congratulations to this week's winners of the "Skip the Lunch Line" ISASP reward passes: Malina Fober, Kali Bushman, & Elle Wedemeier! Enjoy getting to the front of the lunch line this week.
