Happy School Lunch Week! We want to take a moment to celebrate the wonderful work of our dedicated High School Kitchen Staff, who fuel our students every day with healthy and delicious meals. A huge thank you to Lynn Richards, Nicole Jones, Amy Platt, Sue Jurgenson, and Connie Fox for their tireless efforts, early mornings, and commitment to making our lunch program a success. We appreciate all you do for our school!

Tomorrow night's home volleyball game against Denver has a new theme: Yellow Out for Trypp! Please wear your brightest yellow to show support for Trypp and his family. There will also be a "Fill the Bucket" cash donation at the game, with all proceeds going directly to Trypp and his family to help with medical expenses. Let's pack the stands and show our support!
Thursday, the University of Iowa will be in the library from 12-1. Due to the large number of students that attended this visit last year, you must sign up for a time to visit with the representative if you are interested this year. If you and a friend have similar questions & want to visit together, please add this as a comment to your sign up time. Please see Mrs. Herold with any questions.
Registration for Spring 2026 Hawkeye classes will be Thursday, October 23rd at 9AM in the auditorium. If you have never taken a Hawkeye class before you NEED your social security number to create an account. You will also need your chromebooks. Please see the email from Mrs. Herold for more information.
Wrestling cheer announcements: The mandatory pre-tryout practice will be held tomorrow from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. This is a crucial meeting where you will learn the required routines and get all the necessary details to prepare for the official tryouts. Mark your calendars for the official tryouts, which are scheduled for October 21st, starting at 4:30 PM. Please mark both dates on your calendar, and if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the coach directly at dlayneeritter03@gmail.com.
TV-SF Trap Team fundraiser packets are ready! Pick them up in the office later today. All completed packets and money must be returned to the office by Tuesday, October 29th. Thanks for supporting the team!
Winter Sports Sign Up! Sign up for basketball, wrestling, bowling or cheer using the google form emailed to you or using the link in the announcement email. You must use your school email to fill out the form.
FBLA Chapter dues need to be paid to Ms. Sadler by October 17th.
Don't forget that peer tutors are available to help you during Homebase! You can find them in Mrs. Brinkman's room Tuesdays through Fridays. Remember to always check in with your Homebase teacher before heading over.

Parking Reminders:
🚫Attention students: Parking enforcement is now in effect. Illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed, and fines will be added to your school fees. All outstanding fees must be paid by the end of the school year to participate in graduation. Four or more parking violations will result in the loss of on-campus parking privileges.
All students who drive to school must have a visible parking permit in any vehicle they might drive to school. Parking permits are available at the high school office after filling out the google form for vehicle registration.
Students caught parking in the staff parking or in a no-parking zone will be fined; 1st violation=$5, 2nd violation=$10, 3rd violation=On-school grounds parking privileges revoked.
No parking at Meadowbrook Golf & Country Club. Violators are subject to ticketing/towing

Juniors: Gravel lot across the street
