Let's give a massive shout-out to our volleyball program for an incredible weekend at the Denver Tournament! The Varsity Volleyball team clinched the championship title, taking down some serious competition along the way. These dominant athletes defeated the #1 ranked team, Denver, along with #6 ranked (2A) Dyersville Beckman, plus several other ranked opponents to secure their tournament victory—congratulations on a dominant performance, ladies! We also want to give a round of applause to the JV Volleyball team for their hard work and effort on the court at Denver this weekend; keep pushing and working hard!

👑Get ready for an incredible Homecoming Week! We have so many fun activities planned to celebrate our school spirit. Today, jump into the spirit with our first dress-up theme: Medieval Monday!🫅 Remember to report to your homebase for attendance. After attendance, all students should head directly to the Gold Gym for the first great activity of the week: a fun Musical Chairs Scavenger Hunt hosted by FCCLA! And don't forget to plan your outfit for tomorrow! Tuesday's theme is Tiki Tuesday, so dress in your best school-appropriate beach wear!🏖️

It's time to announce the newest winners of the coveted ISASP reward: the "Skip the Lunch Line" pass! Shout out to Sydney Hartness, Landyn Larson, and Grace Arthur! See you at the front of the line!

Attention, all lipsync participants: Thursday, the lipsync battles will begin at 8:28 a.m. This is an important adjustment to the day, as we'll be running a special schedule that also includes the Iron Man Volleyball tournament. If you have an AM release, please be aware that the show will go on without you, so be sure to adjust your schedule to not miss your part. The full schedule for the day has been attached to the announcement email.

💃🕺 Dance Guest Request forms are due to the office by Wednesday. You can pick up a form in the office or print one from the announcement email.🪩

Interested in participating in a winter sport? Sign up for basketball, wrestling, bowling or cheer using the google form emailed to you or using the link in the announcement email. You must use your school email to fill out the form.

Looking for volunteer hours? Women of Fredericksburg is looking for helpers for PumpkinFest from 2-4:30 on Oct. 19 at the Cottage in Fredericksburg. Please email janiecekramer@gmail.com to help out.

Do you still owe FBLA chapter dues? You can give your $20 to Ms. Sadler until October 17th.

Struggling with a class or an assignment? Don't forget about our NHS peer tutoring program! Peer tutors are available to help you during home base every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in Mrs. Brinkman's room. Always check in with your homebase teacher before going.

Homebase Reminder: Check in with your homebase teacher before going to Cougar Time or any other homebase activities. Failure to do so will result in an unexcused absence.

💻Please be sure you are checking your emails daily. You may be missing important information from your teachers and school administration.

Energy Drinks: A reminder that our school's health and wellness policy limits caffeine in beverages to 100mg. Please avoid bringing drinks exceeding this limit to school. These drinks include 12oz. Alani Energy (200mg), 16oz. Monster Energy(160mg), 12oz. Celsius(200+mg), and similar products. READ THE LABELS!

Parking Reminders:

🚫Attention students: Parking enforcement is now in effect. Illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed, and fines will be added to your school fees. All outstanding fees must be paid by the end of the school year to participate in graduation. Four or more parking violations will result in the loss of on-campus parking privileges.

All students who drive to school must have a visible parking permit in any vehicle they might drive to school. Parking permits are available at the high school office after filling out the google form for vehicle registration.
Students caught parking in the staff parking or in a no-parking zone will be fined; 1st violation=$5, 2nd violation=$10, 3rd violation=On-school grounds parking privileges revoked.
No parking at Meadowbrook Golf & Country Club. Violators are subject to ticketing/towing

- Seniors: East side of the main lot (between the median & Meadowbrook) & across the street
- Juniors: Gravel lot across the street
- Sophomores: behind the west side of the building & the gravel lot across the street
- Freshmen: behind the west side of the building
- NOTE: DO NOT PARK ON THE STAFF SIDE OF THE MAIN LOT, THIS INCLUDES EVERYTHING WEST OF THE MEDIAN
