A massive shout-out to our Girls' Cross Country team! They crushed it at the Anamosa meet on Saturday, seizing a second-place finish and bringing home three medals! A huge congratulations to Rain R (7th), Jaci S (9th), and Sydney Z (10th) for their phenomenal performances! The varsity team's incredible success was also fueled by the strong efforts of Braelyn S, Cece S, Brooklyn F, and Brylee U. The triumphs didn't stop there—Zeke B, Grayden M, Cece S, Addison F, and Kate R all hit new personal records! What an incredible day for our team. You truly made our school proud!

Guess who gets to skip the line at lunch this week! Kate S, Geo G, and Dayton L are our ISASP rewards recipients for this week.

✏️Do you still need some school supplies or have a friend you know could use some? Please see Mrs. Fuller in room 108. She has folders, notebooks, pens, pencils, binders, and more.

📣Let's hear it for the Cougars! We have a jam-packed night of sports, so come on out and cheer for our athletes. Our Cross Country team is running hard in Oelwein, with their meet starting at 4:00 PM. Meanwhile, the JV Football team is set to take on the South Winn Warriors right here at home at 6:00 PM. And finally, the Volleyball team is ready to dominate the Oelwein Huskies in the Blue Gym at 5:30 PM. Come prepared to share your best “White Lies.” CBF will be serving a hamburger meal as well. Go Cougs!🐾

Reminder, with all of tonight’s activities, all locker rooms will be used. Please have your things cleaned up and locked.

Drivers, remember that a NEW PARKING PERMIT is required to park on school grounds. If you haven't registered yet, please fill out the Google Form that was emailed to you last week or use the link in today's announcement email. Once your registration is approved, you'll receive your new permit. All permits must be returned at the end of the school year to avoid a fee. Please throw away last year's pass and complete the new form.

- Seniors: East side of the main lot (between the median & Meadowbrook) & across the street
- Juniors: Gravel lot across the street
- Sophomores: behind the west side of the building & the gravel lot across the street
- Freshmen: behind the west side of the building
- NOTE: DO NOT PARK ON THE STAFF SIDE OF THE MAIN LOT, THIS INCLUDES EVERYTHING WEST OF THE MEDIAN

🎓Hey Class of 2026, a quick reminder to complete the Senior Spotlight Google Form. Mrs. Robertson sent it out on August 26, and it needs to be completed by the end of the day TODAY. Thanks!

CMH is holding a fundraiser/awareness 5K for mental health support and advocacy this weekend. Check it out!

Fun in the Son Daycare in Fredericksburg is looking for after school child care employees. Must be 16 years old. Please stop in to apply.

Energy Drinks: A reminder that our school's health and wellness policy limits caffeine in beverages to 100mg. Please avoid bringing drinks exceeding this limit to school. These drinks include 12oz. Alani Energy (200mg), 16oz. Monster Energy(160mg), 12oz. Celsius(200+mg), and similar products. READ THE LABELS!

Parking Reminders:

🚫Attention students: Parking enforcement is now in effect. Illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed, and fines will be added to your school fees. All outstanding fees must be paid by the end of the school year to participate in graduation. Four or more parking violations will result in the loss of on-campus parking privileges.

All students who drive to school must have a visible parking permit in any vehicle they might drive to school. Parking permits are available at the high school office after filling out the google form for vehicle registration.
Sophomore/Freshman lot-Northwest side of the building
Junior/Senior lot-South lot across the street
Senior lot-East side of the median on the east side of the building
- NO PARKING EAST OF THE BLUE GYM, INCLUDING THE CURB BY THE GOLF COURSE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Students caught parking in the staff parking or in a no-parking zone will be fined; 1st violation=$5, 2nd violation=$10, 3rd violation=On-school grounds parking privileges revoked.
No parking at Meadowbrook Golf & Country Club. Violators are subject to ticketing/towing
