Good morning, Sumner-Fredericksburg Cougars! 🐾 As we kick off this new school year, we're not just starting another chapter, we're opening a book filled with endless possibilities. This is your chance to embrace new opportunities, build lasting friendships, and explore things you've always wanted to try. Let's make this a year to remember. Now, here are today's announcements!

Today’s lunch: Crispy Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, Breaded Onion Rings, Baked Beans, & Diced Strawberry Cup
Tomorrow’s lunch: Deep Dish Pepperoni or Cheese Pizza
Weekly Salad: Ham & Cheese Chef Salad
Weekly Entree Alternative: Turkey Sub

This is a reminder of today's early dismissal at 1:15 p.m. Due to the early out, we will be following an adjusted schedule. The class order for the day will be periods 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 5th/Lunch, 7, and 8. There will be no homebase today. Lunch periods will be determined by your 5th period class. Students with the following teachers for 5th period will have A lunch (1st shift): Jones, Leete, Schilling, Fuller, Quigley, Mr. Sadler, Harrenstein, Huegel, Koch, and Burns. Students with the following teachers will have B lunch (2nd shift): Oberbroekling, Dillon, Reinke, Brinkman, Price, Blanchard, Robertson, Ms. Sadler, Bolte, and Coyle.

Mr. Wall will be hosting an all-school assembly starting at 10:10 in the auditorium. Please wait for your 4th period teacher to dismiss you.

Just a reminder that all students who drive to school must have a visible parking permit to park on school grounds. If you haven't done so already, please fill out the Google Form that was emailed to you last week. You can also find a link to the form in today’s announcement email. Once your registration is approved, you'll be issued a permit to hang from your rearview mirror. Please be aware that all permits must be returned at the end of the school year to avoid a fee.

Homebase Reminder: Check in with your homebase teacher before going to Cougar Time or any other homebase activities. Failure to do so will result in an unexcused absence.

💻Please be sure you are checking your emails daily. You may be missing important information from your teachers and school administration.

Energy Drinks: A reminder that our school's health and wellness policy limits caffeine in beverages to 100mg. Please avoid bringing drinks exceeding this limit to school. These drinks include 12oz. Alani Energy (200mg), 16oz. Monster Energy(160mg), 12oz. Celsius(200+mg), and similar products. READ THE LABELS!

Parking Reminders:

🚫Attention students: Parking enforcement is now in effect. Illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed, and fines will be added to your school fees. All outstanding fees must be paid by the end of the school year to participate in graduation. Four or more parking violations will result in the loss of on-campus parking privileges.

All students who drive to school must have a visible parking permit in any vehicle they might drive to school. Parking permits are available at the high school office after filling out the google form for vehicle registration.
NO PARKING EAST OF THE BLUE GYM, INCLUDING THE CURB BY THE GOLF COURSE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Students caught parking in the staff parking or in no-parking zones will be fined; 1st violation=Warning, 2nd violation=$5, 3rd violation=$10, 4th violation+=On-school grounds parking privileges revoked.
No parking at Meadowbrook Golf & Country Club. Violators are subject to ticketing/towing
