FES Announcements - Friday, September 5th  - A DAY

Today's Lunch: Nachos with cheese and taco meat, corn, frozen juice cup, fresh fruit and veggie options.  -Alternate lunch option of: Ham Sandwich 

Monday's Breakfast: Breakfast Combos, Ham, Egg, and Cheese Bar, Fresh Grapes,  assorted juices, and milk

Monday's Lunch: Classic Grilled Cheese, tomato soup, sliced pears, fresh veggie and fruit choices.   -Alternate lunch: Turkey Sub

Reminders: 

4th Graders - Rec Volleyball forms due today. If you need one, they are up in the office. 

Reminder to bring a sweatshirt or coat for these chilly mornings.  Please take a look at our guidelines for cold weather below. 

Fredericksburg Elementary has set up clothing guidelines for when the weather gets cold. The temperature on which these are based is taken from REALFEEL on Accuweather. Students in grades K-4 should wear the following on the playground: 

   ●  55° to 60° - long sleeves 

   ● 41° to 54° - coat or something to put over what is worn to school 

   ● 40° and below -coat, hat, and mittens 

   ● During bad weather and when there is snow on the ground or blacktop-snow pants and boots; a sign will be posted in the building notifying students when boots are required 

   ● 0° or less-recess will be indoors
