Under "Residential Property" enter the assessed (not taxable) valuation of your home.

Under "Agricultural Property" you have two options:
Option 1 will provide the impact on the average piece of agricultural ground in the county specified.
Option 2 will provide the exact amount of tax change.
Notes and Assumptions:
Uses 2024 rollbacks and assessments, effective for FY 2026 budgets.
Residential is assumed to be eligible for the Homestead Tax Credit of $4,850.
Agricultural property valuation is based upon the average 2023 taxable value per acre of farmland in the county.
Actual agricultural property valuations may be higher or lower, for an exact answer refer to your property tax assessment.
To calculate Agricultural Property Taxes: Take your Productivity (Assessed) Value, multiply by the Agricultural Rollback of 73.8575% and then multiply by the tax rate and divide by 1,000
