Dear Sumner-Fredericksburg Community, Parents and Guardians,

Para pedir una copia de esta encuesta en español, favor de llamar 563.578.3341.

The Sumner-Fredericksburg community is a special place. We work hard, take care of one another, and take care of our schools. We are very thankful for this support, including the voter-approved bond referendum in 2012 that helped us update our middle and high schools. This project was finished on time and under budget.

As we look ahead, we need to develop a plan that focuses on our elementary schools. To help identify options, we formed a facility task force made up of community members, parents, staff, and students. This group studied our needs and provided potential solutions. Before we go any further, we need to hear from you, our taxpayers. The goal of this survey is to define which projects the District should pursue in the next phase of the facility master plan. Please take a few minutes of your time and complete this survey.

A paper version of the survey will be mailed to every household in the District, and for your convenience, we have also provided a link to take the survey online. Encourage another adult (eligible to vote) in your home to take the mailed survey.

To ensure your feedback remains confidential, all survey data is returned to School Perceptions, an independent education research firm.
