My name is Justin Carpenter.  This is my 24th year of teaching Social Studies in Fredericksburg at the Middle School.  I also coach junior high boys track and drive a full time bus route.   I went to college at Upper Iowa University and later received my Master of Arts in Education from Morningside College.  I have been married to Autumn for 19 years and we have 2 sons.  Cade is 15 and a freshman and Briggs is in 6th grade.  One of my hobbies is traveling.  We have traveled to a total of 20 foreign countries.  The last trip we took was to the Panama Canal.  I love my job and enjoy coming to school everyday.  I feel that the kids help me stay young.
